(b) All Warranty claims are subject to the OEM Validity Period.
(c) Spare replacements are subject to the OEM’s stock availability.
(d) Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping on all warranty items.
(e) All items come with Standard Warranty and not Support Services. This will require additional payment and shall be binding on the OEM.

Liabilities

In no event shall CrownCrystal Tech be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.

Returns

Customer agrees to follow the CrownCrystal Tech Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from CrownCrystal Tech before attempting to return any products.

Claims

If Customer makes any claims against CrownCrystal Tech, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the County of Nigeria

Customer Credit Cards

If necessary, Customer authorizes CrownCrystal Tech to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
